Happy August!! The first day of August is already here... and, we're all stuck indoors from all the rain!! We haven't been able to plan any more last minute summer fun!! I don't know about you.. but, I feel as though we haven't had enough beach days this summer either! And, to top it off-- the weather channel is predicting more rain and lots of it with a forecast of thunderstorms through the rest of the week! Ug! Rain, rain, go away!!
On these rainy days, we've been trying to prepare for the start of a new school year with school shopping!! Don't forget that with the 'back-to-school' season comes the Tax Free Holiday starting this August 7th thru August 16th! If you noticed, it's an extended 10 days! So, it's time to make your shopping list and get ready to head out to take advantage of extra savings for school! For more information and detailed list of tax free items, click HERE.
This week, I wanted to take an extra moment to say 'thank you' for sharing us with your friends, co-workers, mom's groups, coaches, church groups, and family!! I really appreciate your efforts to help us spread the word about North Pinellas-Trinity... and, I love it when I receive new subscriptions by referral!! Thank you!
North Pinellas-Trinity works hard to bring the most extensive event listings for kid-friendly fun in our community. We'll be adding more fun to our calendar to keep your summer full and get us ready for back-to-school events! So, remember to check our CALENDAR regularly to stay up to date on all the local happenings and fun things to do in our towns! And, if you know of an upcoming event, submit event HERE so it could be added and shared with our Macaroni community!!
