Quick Icebox Sandwiches- Easy Summer Recipe for Kids!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cold milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 15 chocolate graham crackers, halved
- 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- Baking sheets and plastic wraps
Directions:
- Mix pudding and milk in a large bowl until they are thickened. Do follow the instructions on the pudding package.
- Refrigerate them for five minutes so that they get set.
- Mix chocolate chips and whipped topping
- Place half graham crackers on a baking sheet. Add 3 tablespoons of filling to each.
- Place half graham crackers on top.
- Wrap individually in plastic wraps.
- Freeze them for at least one hour.
- Unwrap and serve them frozen.
