Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, washed and hulled
1 cup blueberries, washed
1 cup mini marshmallows
Wooden skewers
Instructions:
1. Start by preparing the strawberries. Cut off the green tops and slice them in half.
2. Thread the strawberries onto the wooden skewers, followed by a mini marshmallow, and then a blueberry. Repeat this pattern until the skewer is filled.
3. Arrange the fruit kabobs on a serving platter, alternating the red and blue colors to create a patriotic look.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Note: You can also add other fruits like watermelon or pineapple to the kabobs if desired. Just make sure to cut them into bite-sized pieces before threading onto the skewers.
